The Conference Room is an excellent venue for day to day business meetings, product launches and awards dinners - as well as being ideal for your conference's key note speaker and/or dinner. A floor to ceiling soundproof folding door can be used to divide this space into two self-contained separate rooms – the Conference Room and the smaller Meeting Room. The Conference Room features a permanent stage and is pillar free, providing unobstructed sight lines.
Seminar Room
Just a few steps up from the Foyer, the Seminar Room has a lovely atmosphere with its high ceiling and natural light. The Seminar Room is a popular venue for meetings, luncheons, small dinners and cocktail parties - and is a great conference breakout room.
Boardroom
With its wall mounted 50 inch plasma screen and custom made table, the Boardroom is ideal for those smaller meetings or presentations. From two people to twenty people the Boardroom provides a quiet and private space to make all those important decisions.
Elwood Room
Fully air conditioned and attractively presented, the Elwood Room is ideal for large meetings, exhibitions trade shows, gala dinners, dances and all social occasions. With its portable staging and theatre lighting this room is perfect for that dramatic impression to any meeting or event.
A 47 inch LCD screen at the entrance to the Elwood Room displays event signage and branding. Flat floor loading and vehicular access is available from the loading dock.
For smaller meetings and seminars, the Elwood Room can be divided by a floor to ceiling curtain.
